First Steps to Leadership is a 3-day workshop for parents where you’ll meet other parents and work to develop leadership and communication skills. You’ll discuss life roles and relationships by networking with others, and discuss the vision you have for your child and family and the necessary tasks to make your vision a reality.
First Steps to Leadership will serve as a guide with direction from trainers with FIND of Louisville. The workshop will combine personal stories, skill development activities, literature, and networking with others to guide and support you in your role as a parent, professional, volunteer and/or advocate.
